  1. Not all course materials are in stock at the time of order fulfillment due to later orders by the professor or publisher delays. You will only be charged for what is in stock at the time of processing. Remaining items will be processed and paid for once they arrive.
  2. Textbook information (including pricing) are subject to change without notice due to course updates and professor changes.
  3. Used Preferred = Used books will be packed if available, new books will be packed if not.
    New Preferred = New books will be packed if available, used books will be packed if not.
    *This may cause price changes on your order
    Used Only = Used books will be packed if available, if not that item will be cancelled you’re your order.
    New Only = New books will be packed if available, if not that item will be cancelled from your order.
  4. If you purchase an access code, whether it is in a bundle or on its own, DO NOT open/activate the code unless you know you are staying enrolled in the class and the professor is using it.
    Activated and scratched codes cannot be returned.
    *In most cases, the publishers give students temporary access for a trial period, so there is not a rush to activate purchased codes.
  5. Digital eBooks purchased from us are non-refundable once you have activated it online. Please be sure you don’t purchase both the physical textbook and the digital version. If you do, we will assume it’s in error and remove the digital book from your order.
  6. You will receive at least two emails regarding your online order. The first will confirm that your order went through and we have received it. The next email(s) will come when your order has been processed (whether in full or in part) and is ready for pick up.
